ATOL – Air Travel Organisers Licence

InteleTravel has recently been granted an ATOL, and is in the process of updating its terms and conditions. In the meantime, many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL financial protection scheme through our supplier partners (travel brands). But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask your agent to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. All the package holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Complaint dispute resolution

Because the contract(s) for your travel arrangements is between you and the principal(s) or supplier(s), any queries or concerns relating to the travel arrangements should be addressed to them. If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish – please contact your InteleTravel agent and copy Customer Services at

customerservice@inteletravel.com.

If the matter cannot be resolved and it involves us or another ABTA Member then you have the option to use ABTA’s ADR scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, see abta.com.

THE HOUSE OF HOLIDAYS – Important Booking Information

Our The House of Holidays Collection offers a curated selection of villas, holiday homes, boutique hotels, and bespoke travel experiences sourced directly through property owners, accommodation providers, destination management companies (DMCs), and other independent travel suppliers.

How these bookings work

Bookings made under our The House of Holidays Collection will differ from traditional package holidays.

In these cases, we act as an independent travel booking agent or facilitator, introducing and arranging travel services directly with the supplier on your behalf.

Your contract for the travel service will be directly with the accommodation owner, hotel, villa provider, or local ground operator (DMC), and their booking terms and conditions will apply.
 

Financial Protection

Please note that bookings made under the The House of Holidays Collection will not be covered by ABTA or ATOL protection unless specifically stated at the time of booking.

Where flights or package holiday components are included under an ATOL-protected or package holiday arrangement, this will be clearly confirmed in your booking documentation.

For accommodation-only bookings, villa rentals, direct hotel contracts, or land-only arrangements, alternative supplier terms, payment conditions, and cancellation policies will apply.
 

Payments

Payments for The House of Holidays Collection bookings may be processed either directly by the supplier or by us as an authorised booking intermediary, depending on the booking arrangement.

Payment terms, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will always be confirmed at booking.
 

Supplier Responsibility

The supplier is responsible for the delivery of the booked accommodation, services, and travel arrangements.

We carefully select our partners, but we are not liable for supplier failure, operational changes, force majeure events, or service delivery issues outside of our control.
 

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you experience an issue during your stay or travel arrangements, this must first be raised directly with the supplier or local representative to allow an opportunity to resolve it.

If additional support is needed, we will assist in liaising with the supplier wherever possible.

Any unresolved disputes relating to the provision of services will be subject to the supplier’s booking terms and we will assist where necessary.
 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation, supplier insolvency, medical emergencies, and travel disruption.
 

Booking Confirmation

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept that The House of Holidays Collection bookings may operate outside of traditional package holiday regulations and are subject to the individual supplier’s terms and conditions.
